Alexandra Tower was built in 2008 and was the first tower built at Princes Dock.

At an impressive 88 metres (290ft) tall, Alexandra Tower became the sixth tallest building in Liverpool when it reached completion. The tower benefits from stunning views across the river Mersey to the Welsh Hills beyond and back across towards the city skyline. 

Rising to a height of 27 floors the development comprises a total of 201 apartments containing a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments.
